Today I learned a little something... I thought maybe I'd pass my new-found wisdom on to you all.
If you find yourself eating a delicious Chocolate & Oats Fiber One bar, and your 2-old-catches you in the act and begins to beg and cry for you to give her one... Whatever you do... don't give in... even it it stops the crying. That is waaaay too much fiber for a 2-year-old, and about 5 hours later you will very much regret your moment of weakness.

How sad for her!!. I'll keep that in mind.
OH MAN! I can only imagine! Poor baby. We had a somewhat similar experience with Weston, but it was a whole lotta browines. That kid was pooping browines like nobodies business.
Yeah....JAx LOVES granola bars and all I was giving him was fiber one bars. He was eating 2 a day usually and then I realized what it was doing to him. We switched to regular quaker granola bars. He likes them just the same and it has really made a difference down below! :)
Hey, thanks for the warning. I can't imagine what that would do to Gavin, cause apple juice already does him in.
How funny... I seriously learned the very same lesson on Saturday. No kidding! A chocolate covered fiber one bar and Ellie don't mix!
Yeah...we've had that problem. Grainy fibery food is NOT fun!
I mean grainy fibery POOP is not fun!
