We just got another offer on our house. This one is offering full price! We accepted it! I'm super stoked, but I'm freaking out a little that it's all happening so fast. Our closing date won't be until the 7th of July so we have some time to look around for new houses. We're going out on Monday to see what we can see. Wish us luck!

HOLY COW!!! That was insanely fast. Full price offer, are you kidding me? No weird things they want like thousands of dollars at closing or your first born? Wow, maybe this crazy idea of moving really was meant to be. I know the neighborhood and ward will miss you all very much. I hope that wherever you end up you are super duper happy and find bunches of awesome friends (well, not as awesome as we are, we don't want to be completely replaced!). Congrats! I hope everything goes smoothly from here on out.
