Here's my random thought for the day. Do you think that digital photography = better self esteem for our children? Back when we were kids it was kind of the whole click a picture, hope it was a good one, get it developed, and then keep the ones you got. There was always those pictures that made you think, "Boy I was one fat-faced, squinty-eyed kid."
Nowadays we take 100 shots of the same thing, comb through them looking for the best one, digital enhance the exposure and the color, and remove any unsightly blemishes before we'll even show them around. How could our kids look at pictures of themselves and not think, "Man I'm a cutie!"?
Anyway... just a thought.

Yeah, but I love that I don't have to actually clean my kids' faces before taking a picture. I can always "clean" them up digitally later!
I agree! I would really love to photo-shop some of my awkward pictures! And yes...it has been WAY too long since we've hung out. Now that we're back in the blogging world, we should get together in the real world, too!
